Contrast is a property of a pair, not a colour. Each cell puts the column's colour as text on the row's colour as fill — so you read the ratio and see the pairing at once. Level is spelled out, never carried by colour alone.

Paste a palette you already have — hexes, a CSS block, anything with colours in it — and it is argued with, not admired. Every finding names the order it breaks and carries a fix that was derived from your own colours, never freehanded. Preference is unarguable; order is arguable.
